This project centered around designing a new custom home tailored to the preferences and lifestyle of a young professional couple. The couple sought a residence that would reflect their unique vision and meet their specific needs, resulting in a home that was thoughtfully planned and crafted from the ground up. The layout featured a spacious central foyer, granting immediate access to a study and a formal dining room. The first floor featured a gourmet kitchen and breakfast area, both with direct access to an expansive exterior courtyard and pool. Additionally, the first floor included a generously sized, well-lit primary suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom thoughtfully appointed for comfort and functionality.

The centerpiece of the home is its outdoor entertaining area, designed to serve as a welcoming space for gatherings and relaxation. This area features a spacious, covered exterior terrace that provides ample seating and shelter from the elements. Adjacent to the terrace is a saltwater pool, offering a refreshing retreat and enhancing the overall ambiance of the outdoor space. The area is defined by an expansive pergola, ideal for family gatherings around the outdoor fireplace, creating a comfortable, inviting environment for everyday enjoyment and special occasions.
