This project consisted of an extensive interior renovation of a luxury rooftop condominium situated in the esteemed Glenwood South area of Downtown Raleigh. This prime location provided an exceptional backdrop for the remodel. Every element of the interior was thoughtfully redesigned to meet the high standards of such an upscale residence. The renovation focused on enhancing both the condominium's modern appearance and its practical functionality.
The owner envisioned a sophisticated, contemporary interior that would be inviting for guests and suitable for entertaining, while remaining comfortable for everyday living. The design encompassed all new interior finishes, lighting, and custom millwork. In the kitchen, the custom cabinetry was crafted with flat-panel bamboo veneer and complemented by elongated brushed-nickel tubular hardware, reflecting the modern, refined aesthetic desired for the space.
